4. Marissa Cooper - The O.C.
Do the right thing? No, she always did the wrong thing. And not in a funny way.
3. Screech Powers - Saved By The Bell
Supergeek who cannot be for real (annoying Screech appears at 1 min).
2. Jar Jar Binks - Star Wars: I, II and III (especially annoying in I: The Phantom Menace)
Notorious for being easily the most annoying character in a movie. Hands down.
He's there to get on everybody's nerves. And that means yours and mine and everybody's on every show he has been.
